What are warcamps?
A Warcamp is an upgraded version of a camp that plays a critical role during a Siege, specifically designed to suppress the block protections of an enemy town. When a camp transitions into a Warcamp, it becomes the focal point of your nation’s offensive strategy.
Siege Suppression
The primary function of a Warcamp is to suppress the block protections of the enemy town you are besieging. This allows your nation to break through defenses and seize control of the town.
Guard Spawning
Like regular camps, Warcamps continue to spawn guards to protect the area. However, unlike camps, killing these guards does not reduce the Warcamp's health. This ensures that your Warcamp remains focused on the siege, rather than being weakened by repeated guard losses.
Health Management
The health of a Warcamp gradually decreases over time and also when players respawn at it. The Siege ends either when all Warcamps involved in the Siege reach zero health or when the enemy town's Nexus is successfully brought back to the Warcamp. Once the Siege concludes, a portal will appear at the location of the Warcamp, allowing players to return to their respective towns.
Preparing for Sieges
Before launching your first attack, it's important to fully understand the mechanics of Sieges and how Warcamps fit into the broader War System. Make sure to read about the War System in detail to ensure your nation is prepared for the challenges of siege warfare.
