Free City of Victoriat

"Pax, Nomine Divitiarum"

The Free City of Victoriat (hereafter Victoriat, FCV) is an independent city-state held in trust and administered by the Victoria Agriculture Corporation (hereafter VAC, "the Company"), located in the north-east of Kalin. The city's government is a Constitutional Corporatocracy, with suffrage limited to shareholders of the Company. As a geopolitical entity, Victoriat maintains no diplomatic relationships outside its financial transactions, and its charter forbids recognition of and transacting with non-corporate entities, including nations and religious groups.

VAC was incorporated under the Evergreen Charter and held its first shareholders meeting within territory administered by the national bank of A'tuin. Upon appointment of a suite of corporate officers, a Board of Directors (hereafter "the Board") was selected based on share ownership. This Board then elected a Chairman to oversee operations.  Upon his election, Kemithenon Victoria, First Chairman of the Board of Directors, sought and successfully obtained venture capital from the national bank of A'tuin, and directed the Company to acquire land suitable for agricultural development.
