Pactoria Rulebook
This document is a comprehensive guide for all players, detailing the general rules, expected conduct, and procedures. It ensures fair play, fosters a positive environment, and promotes consistent participation standards. Should questions arise, players are encouraged to consult game moderators, community leaders, or designated administrators for clarification.
By playing on Pactoria, interacting with our community members, and using any other affiliate of Pactoria you automatically agree to follow the rules and the stipulation of every charter linked in this Document. If you are not following our terms of service we reserve the right to forfeit all rights of yours to use our services no matter the money spent. Our Terms of Service also includes the Discord Terms of Service and Discord Community Guidelines.

Discord Guidelines
Affiliated Discord Servers
Affiliated Discord servers are defined as any guild server from Pactoria, including those advertised in the Guild Adverts channel. Affiliated servers also encompass all business servers that promote their activities on the Pactoria Discord. These affiliated servers are required to adhere to the same rules as the official Pactoria Discord. Violations of these rules in affiliated servers may result in disciplinary action on the Pactoria Discord or the Pactoria Minecraft server.
Private direct messages (DMs) involving players within the Pactoria Discord are held to the same standards as interactions within affiliated Discord servers. Punishments may be issued based on the severity of the offense.
Pactoria does not actively monitor national Discord servers or incidents involving players that occurred before joining the official Pactoria Discord or any affiliated servers. However, exceptions may apply in cases that include the following:
Paedophilia
Talk of rape
Genuine racism directed towards someone
Illegal activity
Genuine Nazism
Voice Chats
in the Pactoria discord or any affiliated servers are held to the same set of rules as text channels are.
Tickets
Tickets use:
Tickets should be used to report players or groups who break server rules
Include as much information in the ticket as you can regarding the situation in the ticket
Please try and respond quickly to tickets as this will help situations be handled in a timely matter
Do not share tickets with anyone not included in the ticket, this does not include sharing the ticket with other Pactoria staff members.
Do not spam create tickets if a ticket is not handled in a way you see fit or if no staff member has responded, this is another abuse of tickets and may warrant a punishment.
Tickets should not be used as a report system for players you simply have a personal grudge with, this is an abuse of tickets and may warrant a punishment.
ERP and NSFW-related topics
There is no case where ERP should happen in the Pactoria discord or any of its affiliated servers, If done this must be in DM’s and between consenting adults over the age of 18. Do not post any images or gifs deemed NSFW in Pactoria or any of its affiliated servers. ERP and any NSFW content are not allowed in the Pactoria Minecraft server as well and will be held to the same level of punishment as if done on the official Discord server.
ERP
This includes:
Any role play or discussion of things relating to sex
In-game, chats will be monitored for any ERP and this will include a talk in a sexual manner
Soliciting any sexual acts from another player even as a joke
These will be subject to change from case to case as people will try to find loopholes.
Minors
Minors if caught lying about their age to deceive an adult or to gain entry to NSFW conversations or chats will be subject to severe punishment, most likely ending in a ban
If an adult is baited or tricked by a minor lying about their age to engage in any sexual acts, they will not be punished if deemed unaware of their minor’s true age.
This goes both ways
If an adult is caught lying about their age to engage in sexual acts with a minor they will be immediately blacklisted and reported to the proper authorities.
Dedicated Channel Rules
National Announcements:
Announcements must meet acceptable production standards and include a detailed RP (roleplay) backstory of at least one paragraph. Content should remain in character. Out-of-character (OOC) announcements are prohibited.
All Advertising (Nation, Business, Religion) Channels:
Advertisements must include valid links and should not be posted multiple times in a day, even by different users. They should include more detail than an invite link and a sentence or two. Posts should contain a general format and a description of what is being advertised as displayed in other adverts in the given channel. No slight NSFW or NSFW content, inappropriate images, or any other content that breaks other Pactoria rules. Specific post guidelines will be up to staff discretion.
Advert and announcement channels should not contain any content that does not fit with the channel it’s being posted in. Failure to adhere to these roles specifically in the new channels, after a warning will result in a removal of the journalist role, this may be appealed.
RP Announcements:
Roleplay announcements should not include any memes.
All adverts and announcements should be in their proper channels and not in direct messages.
In-Game and Discord Server Rules
Important Additional Information
Ban Evasion: Evading a ban is not tolerated. Alternate accounts will be banned immediately, and the infraction will be logged.
Staff Discretion: Punishment times are guidelines. Context should be considered when deciding whether to punish and for how long. Misusing this discretion will result in immediate demotion and further action.
Punishments: Punishments are subject to change on rare occasions.
Toxicity/Spamming and Accusations
Use of slurs: such as the n-word, f-slur, and other derogatory language. Spamming includes the repeated use of words or phrases to intentionally bother or disrupt a player's game.
Real-life threats on a player or discord member
