Pactoria Server - Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Pactoria! By accessing and purchasing from our store, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("ToS"). These terms govern your use of all digital products, including ranks, items, and any other perks you purchase from Pactoria.

2. Nature of Digital Goods

All products sold through our Store are virtual, digital goods (Ranks, Keys, Mounts etc…) that do not have a physical presence. Upon successful purchase, Digital Goods are applied to your Minecraft account on the Pactoria server. You acknowledge that purchasing Digital Goods grants you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use these items in-game, in accordance with these ToS.

3. Delivery of Digital Goods

All Digital Goods are delivered immediately or within a reasonable time after the payment has been confirmed. In most cases, the items are applied to your in-game account automatically. You must provide the correct Minecraft username when making a purchase. We are not responsible for errors due to incorrect information.

4. Refund and Chargeback Policy

All sales made through the Pactoria Store are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided once the Digital Goods have been delivered, except as required by applicable law. By completing a purchase, you agree that:

• You will not initiate chargebacks or payment disputes with PayPal or any other payment provider.
• If a chargeback or dispute is initiated, we reserve the right to revoke any Digital Goods associated with the transaction and ban your account from the Pactoria server.

5. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Minecraft account from the Pactoria server for any violation of these ToS or server rules. If your account is banned or suspended, no refunds will be provided for any Digital Goods associated with your account.

6. Changes to Digital Goods

The Digital Goods offered through the Pactoria Store may be modified, updated, or removed at our discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, server resets, balance changes, and in-game updates. We are under no obligation to compensate or replace any Digital Goods affected by such changes.

7. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the security of your Minecraft account and ensuring that you are the authorized user of the account at the time of purchase. If your account is compromised, we are not responsible for the loss of Digital Goods. Any abuse of server features or violation of server rules may result in disciplinary action.

8. Age Requirements

By purchasing from our Store, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian. Parents or guardians are responsible for the purchases made by minors.

9. Payments and Billing

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways such as PayPal. Pactoria does not store any payment information. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information. Any issues with the payment process should be directed to the payment provider.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these ToS at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. By continuing to use the Pactoria server or Store after changes are posted, you agree to the revised ToS.
